Make a box car out of a toothpaste box!

After reading Hot Rod Hamster and the Wacky Whatever Race, my son wanted to make his own box car!

So, I found an empty toothpaste box, and we looked through our Legos for wheels and two “axles.”

Then we realized we needed to paint the box car! So, I took the wheels off and James painted it and picked a number…

Afterwards, James wanted to switch the wheels around. He said the the little hole for the driver is at the front of the car, so the big wheels go at the back. (I’m not sure which way they are supposed to go, but he is happy, so that’s all that matters!)
